The White House
A quick stop at the White House on the first tour of the states. Bill was in a witty mood and told the band about his horrific skills on the saxophone. The band politely offered him an appearance on the show the following night. As he gladly accepted the camera snapped this fine shot of fellow musicians all discussing the universal language of music. The gig was a great success and Bill was sent home with an autograph on his chest and a great sense of accomplishment.

that the way to the top sure aint easy. The Flowers are as always ready

picture is taken at 5:30, just seconds before the first cigarettebreak of
the day. Hence the smiles.
